Our Events Available link is a partial listing of events we have developed and offer. We also develop custom designed workshops, retreats and consultations based on identified topics and needs.

Coaching Services are offered by each of our consultants on an individual basis. We have provided here a brief article to help persons understand coaching and consider whether such services might be desired. We are approved for coaching by the Clergy Development Committee of the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church. Check out “Is it Time for Coaching?”

Because we want to help resource you for more effective ministry, we have provided Helpful Links that we think you will find useful.

Our ministry is available by invitation from individuals, churches, districts, or organizations and by responding to specific requests. If you have a need to strengthen your ministry, desire a visioning for ministry event, spiritual renewal retreat, staff retreat, leadership training, an event from our list of workshops, or desire a specific custom-made event to address your needs, let us know. Our goal is to provide assistance at a reasonable cost. We welcome the opportunity to be in service to assist you toward a more fruitful ministry.
